Reel Reflections is a dynamic series of film screenings followed by guided conversations that illuminate African American history, culture, and lived experiences. Come ready to engage, learn, and be inspired. This film will be “The Tale of the Lion” – a documentary featuring some of the oldest living African Americans in Frederick, MD who reveal life during segregation, the Black experience in Frederick County, life’s lessons, and human resilience.
